Tomaso Anthony Milone (born February 16, 1987 in Saugus, California) is an American professional baseball pitcher who has played for the Washington Nationals, Oakland Athletics, Minnesota Twins, Milwaukee Brewers, New York Mets, Seattle Mariners, Baltimore Orioles, Atlanta Braves and Toronto Blue Jays.

Tommy made his major league debut on September 3, 2011, against the New York Mets. He struck out Angel Pagan of the New York Mets for his first career strikeout, retired the first six batters he faced, and later hit a three-run home run on the first pitch of his first Major League at bat, becoming the 27th player in major league history to do so.
