Anthony James Fiore (born October 12, 1971 in Oak Park, IL) is a former right-handed Major League Baseball pitcher. In his career, he pitched for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2000-2001) and the Minnesota Twins (2001-2003). He was originally drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 1992. His signature pitch was the palmball. His MLB career totals are 87 appearances, 152 innings pitched, a 12–6 win/loss record and an ERA of 4.39. In 2002, he pitched in game 2 of the ALDS for the Twins (00:57:00).

In addition to playing in the major leagues, Tony has pitched for Taiwan, Italy and the independent leagues. He had a 3.86 ERA and no decisions for Rimini in the 2007 European Cup. He was Italy's ace in the 2007 Baseball World Cup, allowing one run in five innings in a win against the Spanish national team. He also used his knowledge of CPBL batters to shut out the Taiwanese national team for 7 innings. Fiore was 1-0 with a 0.75 ERA in the Cup.

In 2006, he played for the Long Island Ducks in the independent Atlantic League.
