Anthony John Brizzolara (born January 14, 1957 in Santa Monica, CA) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball between 1979 and 1984. Tony played college baseball at the University of Texas at Austin. In 1975, he played collegiate summer baseball in the Cape Cod Baseball League for the Yarmouth Red Sox. He was selected by the Braves in the second round of the 1977 Major League Baseball Draft. He won 74 games as a AAA pitcher, most of which were as a Richmond Brave.

Brizzolara pitched three seasons in the major leagues, all with the Atlanta Braves. As a rookie in 1979, he made 19 starts in 20 games, going 6-9 with a 5.28 ERA, the third-highest in the National League for a pitcher with over 100 innings. He spent the next few years in the minors, only coming back in 1983 as a reliever. In 14 games, he had a win and a save and an ERA of 3.54 in 20 1/3 innings. He came back in 1984, but did not fare as well: in 10 games, including 4 starts, his ERA was 5.28 and his record was 1-2.
