Todd Michael Rizzo (born May 24, 1971 in Clifton Heights, PA) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played during two seasons at the Major League Baseball (MLB) level for the Chicago White Sox.

Todd attended Delaware Community College, and went on to be signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers as an amateur free agent 1992. He played his first professional season with their Rookie league Gulf Coast Dodgers and Class A (Short Season) Yakima Bears in 1992.

He pitched in 16 games for the White Sox during the 1997 and 1998 seasons and played his last affiliated season for the Baltimore Orioles' Double-A Bowie Baysox and Triple-A Ottawa Lynx in 2003. Todd's last season was with the Camden Riversharks of the independent Atlantic League in 2006.

After leaving pro ball, he became a baseball instructor for Allstar Baseball Academy.
